The map shows the groundwater temperature distribution with the reference horizon at sea level (NHN). Depending on the location in the glacial valley or on the plateaus, this corresponds to a depth of between 30 and 70 m below the surface. At these depths, daily and seasonal temperature fluctuations can be ruled out.
