  • Ambassador Klaus-Dieter Müller, President of the Fachgemeinschaft Bau Berlin und Brandenburg e.V., with the message: “You can rely on women! More and more women are taking on great responsibility in leading positions as site managers, managing directors or by taking over a construction company. Digitisation opens up additional perspectives where they may not be so pronounced due to heavy physical work on the construction site. Our working world must live a modern culture of equality, because the construction industry is also strengthened by diversity. This applies to our association as well as to our companies and all employees”.

This applies to recognition, remuneration, equality and respect. There is no doubt about the strengths and resilience of women. I am prepared to work with the endeavour that we no longer have to use the word equality as soon as possible”.

We may be different and in some cases think differently, but this is the cornerstone of an equal solution. Together we are 100%!”

Ambassadress Prof. Jutta Allmendinger, Director of the Social Science Research Center Berlin (WZB)
