A perfect fit - advice from the IHK and HWK in the search for suitable training positions in small and medium-sized companies

The "Passgenaue Besetzung" project sits at the interface between Berlin companies and applicants. Young people can obtain advice and have their application documents checked at the youth employment agency. By being included in the pool of candidates, the applicants' data is compared with the requirements of small and medium-sized companies and suitable training offers are suggested directly and the documents are forwarded. The aim is to match training place seekers with training companies.

School leavers, university drop-outs and trainees who wish to change jobs can also receive counselling. A clarified residence status and German language skills of at least B1 are required.

Advice sessions at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce: Every 1st Thursday of the month from 1 to 4 pm, next dates with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce: 2 May, 6 June, 4 July

Counselling appointments with the Berlin Chamber of Crafts: Every 3rd Thursday of the month from 1 - 4 p.m.
Next appointments with the Chamber of Crafts: 18 April, 16 May, 20 June, 18 July
