As a central point of contact for new immigrants we offer counseling and advice – no matter whether you came here to seek asylum or to start a career, whether you wanted to reunite with your family or whether you wanted to study in Berlin. The Welcome Centre will guide you through your first steps after arriving.

Welcome Center Berlin offers assistance in several languages. Our services are free of charge. We cover a wide range of issues from questions concerning residence rights to work and education, not forgetting opportunities for leisure activities and intercultural encounters. If we cannot help you we will point you in the direction of the correct specialist services, provided by other institutions and non-profit associations.
