Berlin Partner for Business and Technology is the central contact agency in Berlin helping investors settle in the city, assisting local companies in all matters relating to foreign trade, and promoting the capital as a business location.
Business Location Center is the economic portal for the capital region. visitBerlin is a service agency from Berlin Tourismus & Kongress which acts as a partner for conventions and tourism and informs visitors to the capital about its tourist attractions.
The Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit – BA) is the labor market's biggest service provider. As a public body with self-governance it acts independently within the framework of applicable law.
The common register portal of the German federal states offers an overview of the registers for companies, cooperative societies and partnerships, and in part the register for associations of all federal states, as well as the disclosures contained in the registers.
The German Nationwide Register of Experts contains information on 8503 experts appointed and attested by chambers of commerce, architectural associations, chambers of engineering and chambers of agriculture, as well as experts publicly appointed and attested by federal state governments.
The business database of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Berlin contains information on more than 60,000 Berlin companies and is orientated in particular towards interested parties who are searching for business partners.
The Federal Foreign Office is responsible for maintaining Germany's relations with other states, as well as with inter-governmental and supranational organizations and it also promotes foreign economic relations.

Germany Trade and Invest is the economic development agency of the Federal Republic of Germany. Furthermore, Germany Trade & Invest informs and advises international companies setting up business in Germany and promotes the economic development of Germany's new federal states, including Berlin.
