Bad grades on the report card: telephone helplines offered again

On July 06, Berlin's students will receive their report cards. Those who are unhappy with their grades or are afraid to go home can seek counsel by calling a helpline.

This was announced by the Senate Department for Education on Thursday (June 30, 2022). "The helplines will be in operation on report card day, helping parents as well as students to find solutions to their problems," said Senator for Education Astrid-Sabine Busse.

Telephone consultations offered from 10 AM to 1 PM

The staff of the hotline offer their consultations on July 06, 2022 from 10 am to 1 pm. They can be reached at 030 90227-6028 (elementary schools), 030 90227-5834 (schools with a special needs educational focus), 030 90227-5865 (integrated secondary schools and community schools), 030 90227-6356 (high schools) or 030 90227-6229 (vocational schools).
