Berlin on the Global Stage: Highlights of Trade Shows 2024

Once again in 2024, Berlin takes center stage on the international arena, showcasing the city’s innovation potential and economic diversity. The focus areas include ICT/Media/Creative Industries (ICT/MCI), Energy Technology, Optics & Photonics, Healthcare Industry, as well as emerging sectors like VML/New Space, Smart City, and industrial production including 3D printing and Quantum Technologies. Here’s an overview of the key trade shows and events, arranged chronologically:

SXSW (March 11 – 13, 2024, Austin, USA):
An essential gathering for global professionals, SXSW features sessions, music and comedy showcases, film and television screenings, exhibitions, professional development, networking opportunities, tech competitions, awards ceremonies, and more. InnoTrans (September 24 – 27, 2024, Berlin, Germany):
The InnoTrans Berlin trade fair is the international leading trade fair for traffic technology, innovative components, vehicles, and systems.
