‘aktuell’ is a magazine for former residents of Berlin who were persecuted and forced to emigrate during the National Socialist era, and for their families and descendants.
It has been published by the Governing Mayor of Berlin since 1970 and appears twice a year. ‘aktuell’ aims to keep emigrants up-to-date on what is happening in the city they previously called home and provides a platform for remembering and exchanging ideas together.
