In July, life in Berlin takes place mainly outside. The average weather in Berlin in July.

July in Berlin is one of the hottest months of the year. The average daytime temperature of 23.3 degrees sounds low, but it is only the average temperature maximum. The sun shines about seven hours a day and often temperatures of over 30 degrees are reached. On the beautiful days of July many people sit in the parks, enjoy the numerous open-air events or discover the city from the water. If it gets too hot, the heat accumulates in the city centre and every rain shower brings a grateful cooling. It rains less than in June: the rain radar shows rainfall on an average of eight days in July.
