Park Einsichten

Four positions from artistic research

The Spreepark Art Space at Spreepark Berlin will present its first exhibition in the new rooms in the Eierhäuschen.

What do the unspoilt waters and muddy layers of the Spreepark smell like? What does the terrain sound like deep in the night? Where do the paths of people, plants and animals cross and what traces has history left behind? In recent years, artists in residence have used the park as a research field and laboratory. With "Park Insights", the first exhibition of the Spreepark Art Space in the newly renovated Eierhäuschen, the artist, researcher and composer Marcus Maeder, the photographic author Sabine Scho, the odour researcher and artist Sissel Tolaas and the artist and architect Annett Zinsmeister provide multisensory insights into their research and thus into the hidden structures of the park.
