Koe Wetzel - a name that triggers euphoria in every country music fan. The platinum-selling singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer manages to inspire the masses and connect the music communities like no other with his mix of country and a touch of grunge. In November 2024, the Texan is finally coming to Germany for 3 concerts. An evening not to be missed.
The Texan is leaving a trail of sold-out venues and enthusiastic fans in his wake and has quietly established himself as the ultimate country rock star. He has long been a household name in his home country. 1.3 billion streams, platinum and multi-gold singles and headlining his own "Koe Wetzel's Incredible Music Festival" speak for themselves. Born in Texas in 1992, the never-compromising singer is perhaps the last true rebel out there. He shakes up the status quo, shatters expectations and creates his own sound: he skillfully combines the guitar sound from Nashville, Texan spirit and hard rock from Seattle to appeal to thousands of people.
Wetzel is known for music that is unvarnished and unfiltered - sonically and lyrically - and his studio album "Hell Paso", which stayed in the US charts for 18 weeks and was recorded nowhere else but at the famous Sonic Ranch in Texas, lives up to this promise. Together with his long-time colleague Taylor Kimball, Wetzel retreated there for a month and devoted himself exclusively to his music. If you ask his followers, the time was totally worth it. Singles such as "Cabo", "Oklahoma Sun" and "Money Spent" give an insight into the singer-songwriter's versatile sound. He recently released his first new music with "Damn Near Normal". When writing the new song, the native Texan was inspired by his life as a touring artist.
Wetzel said, "Waking up in a new place every day, playing music all night for our fans ... it's a wild ride we're on that looks completely different than most people's 'normal' ... But I wouldn't have it any other way."
