Make a Cup & Pour a Candle
In collaboration with Up-Candle Berlin
Let's celebrate Spring & make something that lasts!
This workshop takes place over two days at the Glassworks Studio:

Saturday, May 9th | 10:00–13:00
Sunday, May 10th | 14:00–15:30
On Saturday, you will step into the hot shop and blow and shape your own colored glass cup, guided by our team using fire, breath, and time-honored glassblowing techniques. No experience needed — just curiosity and a steady hand.
On Sunday, you will return to the studio to learn the art of candle-making with Up-Candle Berlin, pouring a beautifully scented candle directly into the glass you made the day before.
You will leave with a handcrafted glass cup, a candle filled with warmth and scent — and the quiet pride that comes from making something start to finish with your own hands.

Bitte mitbringen:
We will send an email a day before your class, but please remember to dress appropriately: Wear cotton clothing (no shorts—jeans are best!), Closed-toe, comfortable shoes, Most importantly—get ready to have fun!

At the start of class, you'll receive a paper bag where you must write:
- Your name
- The class date
- The kiln section where your glass and paperweight will be stored

This helps us keep track of everyone's work and makes collection easier.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please send an email to at least one week before the start of the course. Your booking will be converted into a voucher that you can use for a future reservation.

A cash refund is only possible for cancellations made at least 3 weeks before the start of the course. Please note that the booking fees will be deducted from any refund.

Our classes are designed to teach techniques rather than guarantee a finished product. If your piece breaks during the session, you are welcome to choose a replacement from our collection. Please note, however, that we cannot refund the class fee or provide a free replacement class.

Sollte Ihr Stück während des Kurses zerbrechen, dürfen Sie sich gerne ein Ersatzstück aus unserer Sammlung aussuchen. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass wir die Kursgebühr nicht erstatten und auch keinen kostenlosen Ersatzkurs anbieten können.
