Little Alexander wants to discover the whole world. As a big boy, he travels to South America with his friend Aimé Bonpland. They encounter wild animals, become intoxicated by the splendor of plants, follow unknown river courses, climb into dark caves, climb volcanoes, see, measure, write, draw, and become world famous. Narrators Christine Lander and Johanna Wollin invite you to follow the adventurous tracks of the two explorers on the wings of imagination in Spanish and German.

Christine Lander has been a stage storyteller since 2007. In addition to her diverse solo programs, she also narrates in bilingual duos or together with musicians. She has been in the ensemble of Theater Anu since 2014. She studied theater education at the UdK Berlin (MA 2006) and history/South Asian studies at the HU Berlin (M.A.2004). From 2012 to 2016 she was artistic co-director of Erzählbühne Berlin, 2018 chairwoman of Erzählkunst e.V. Teaching positions for free storytelling at UdK Berlin and Staatsschauspiel Hannover. Since 2008 she has been active in the Berlin school project ErzählZeit.
