Every Sunday the small but cosy flea market at Arkonaplatz invites visitors to stroll along the market alleys, discover unique items and bargains and have a chat with the sellers. The year-round market is famous for its "Kiez" atmosphere and offers a good choice of objects such as antiques, books and records, furniture, handicraft, vintage stuff, clothes and glasses, and some products made in the former GDR.
The flea market is very popular with the locals without being overcrowded, even on warm summer days. Whoever wants more choice or to continue the shopping spree can walk a short distance to the flea market at Mauerpark just north of Arkonaplatz.
