The Marheineke Market Hall in Kreuzberg offers a wide range of fresh food, snacks, delicacies and services.

In the Marheineke Market Hall - in German: Marheineke Markthalle - the vendors at the stalls sell fresh food such as meat, cheese, milk, bread, fish, juices, fruit, vegetables and flowers partly from organic and regional production. In addition there are specialities from Italy, Greece, Spain and the Arabian Peninsula. A vegan supermarket offers products without animal ingredients.

The gastronomic facilities of the 2500 square metre market hall include cafés, a restaurant, international snacks and an organic ice cream parlour in the summer. Visitors can choose between Italian, Asian, Spanish, French, Greek, vegetarian, vegan and Berlin specialities. Delis for fish and poultry complete the offer.

In the Marheineke Markthalle, visitors and residents will also find a bookstore as well as crafts and services such as locksmithing, tailoring, shoemaking, cleaning and lthe ottery. If you can't look straight ahead for all the food you're eating: Changing art exhibitions are nice for the eye.
