Coronavirus numbers continue to fall: around 7100 new infections

Even though two of Berlin's Coronavirus warning lights remain on red, the downward trend of the citywide incidence continues.

According to the Senate's situation report, the seven-day incidence was at 925 on Thursday (March 03, 2022). Within one day, 7125 new infections were reported. In total, 754,735 people in Berlin have been proven to be infected with the virus since the start of the pandemic. 11.4 percent of Berlin's intensive care beds are currently occupied by Coronavirus patients. The corresponding warning light is set to yellow.
