African Food Festival

The African Food Festival in Berlin combines innovative African street food with traditional African cuisine.

The 10th anniversary of the African Food Festival is being celebrated in style. Hungry visitors can enjoy a selection of authentic African food will be offered at various stalls. In addition to traditional dishes like fufu with peanut sauce and grilled chicken, visitors can look forward to a variety of vegan specialities and new fusion food concepts. The festival aims to show that African cuisine goes far beyond the usual clichés and offers a variety of unique and experimental taste experiences.

Great Food and Good Vibes

Musically, the African Food Festival will be accompanied by a mix of Afro House and Afrobeats. Young designers will present their products at the African Goods Market. A special focus is on brands where the entire value chain is located in the respective countries of origin. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste authentic teas and chocolates made in Africa and check out sustainable fashion and accessories. Brands from Nairobi, Accra and Lagos will present their products alongside Black-owned businesses from Berlin.
