Experience A Christmas Carol brought to life in the original English in the cozy Märchenhütte. Reading from his text to rapt audiences, Charles Dickens himself performed the classic tale of Scrooge and the three spirits over a hundred times. Tragical Mirth, producers of the wildly successful Shakespeariment, continue in this tradition and present the perennial ghost story of Christmas in an abridged version for one actor. In a style that blends fireside chat with storytelling theatre, this new production showcases both the actor’s skill and the intricacies of the original text. 

Three different actors take on this challenge on different nights, each with their own unique flair. Performances beginning before 19h are designed to be family friendly and those after are for adults (and older teens) only.
