Coronavirus incidence in Berlin continues to decline

The Corona incidence in Berlin continues to be on the decline.

In the past seven days, 458 new infections per 100,000 people were reported. This is according to data published by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Tuesday (03 May 2022). The previous day, the incidence was at 503. Nationwide, the incidence is at about 632, according to the RKI.

Over one million infections since the start of the pandemic

In Berlin, 2945 new Corona infections were registered in one day. The total number is thus currently at 1,003,248. Two new deaths were reported. 4489 deaths related to Corona infections have been counted in Berlin so far.
