Coronavirus incidence in Berlin almost unchanged at 401

Corona-Test

Berlin's Coronavirus figures have remained stable from Sunday to Monday.

According to official reports, 401 out of 100,000 people contracted the virus in the past seven days,as the Robert Koch Institute reproted on Monday (25 April 2022). On Sunday, the incidence had been at 404. In Berlin, the so-called seven-day incidence is thus about half as high as the nationwide average.

Many cases probably not reported

According to experts, many cases are probably not recorded because positive rapid tests are not always followed by a PCR test. Also, not all health offices report their data on a daily basis. On Monday, new data only came from Spandau and Reinickendorf - a total of 92 new infections.
