Coronavirus incidence in Berlin goes down further

Once again, the incidence of Coronavirus in Berlin has fallen slightly. In the past seven days, just under 916 new infections per 100,000 people were reported.

This is according to data from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Friday (April 01, 2022). In the middle of the week, the values were in part significantly above 1000. Berlin thus continues to have the lowest number of all federal states. Nationwide, the weekly incidence for new infections is around 1586, according to the RKI.

Three new deaths reported

6562 new Coronavirus infections were registered within one day. The total number for Berlin was thus just under 912,000. Three new deaths were added. Thus, 4384 deaths related to Coronavirus infections have been counted so far.
