The incidence of corona in Berlin has risen slightly, but remains well below the national average.
Six more deaths reported in Berlin
However, experts assume a high number of infection cases that are not recorded in the data. One reason is the limited capacities of health offices, for example. The number of new Corona infections within one day was 7635. According to the RKI, a total of 789,973 people in Berlin have been proven to be infected since the beginning of the pandemic in spring 2020. Six more people have died in connection with the virus, bringing the total number of deaths in Berlin to 4294.
