Corona incidence decreases slightly

The corona incidence in Berlin continued to fall slightly and was 886.6 on Sunday morning, according to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

The value indicates the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days. On the previous day, the incidence in Berlin had been 892.4; a few days ago, the figures in Berlin were still well above 1,000. The average value for all of Germany was 1231.1 on Sunday morning and has thus risen again slightly compared to the previous day (1220.8).

899 new Corona infections were last registered in Berlin within one day, bringing the total to 768,746. One new death related to the virus was added, bringing the total here to 4277 since the start of the pandemic.
