Hair salon visits without test for vaccinated and recovered people

For vaccinated and recovered people, a Coronavirus test will not be mandatory when visiting a hairdresser in Berlin in the future.

Compulsory mask or test at the hair salon

Service providers in the field of personal care, which in addition to hair salons also includes beauty salons, for example, can choose between obligatory masks or tests, provided that wearing a mask is possible. Provided that the choice falls on the test, in the future people with a booster vaccination as well as freshly vaccinated or newly recovered are exempt from this testuing obligation. According to the Senate Department for Health, the new regulation will apply from Saturday (Feb. 5, 2022).
