The Coronavirus incidence remains at a high level in Berlin. According to the Robert Koch Institute, the incidence value on Wednesday morning (February 2, 2022) was at 1694.4.
The incidence, which indicates how many new infections were reported per 100,000 residents over the past seven days, was at 1761 the previous day and 1821 on Monday. The twelve districts reported 12,669 registered new infections in Berlin between Tuesday and Wednesday. The Senate's situation report shows four more deaths linked to Covid-19. This means that 4128 people have died from or with the virus since the start of the pandemic.
