Emergency aid for homeless: Cold weather buses and shelters

According to the German Weather Service (DWD) on Friday, it will remain rainy and cloudy throughout the day. At noon, gusts of wind and local gales will occur. Towards evening, according to the DWD, there may be squalls and isolated severe gusts. An official warning of squalls is in effect between 5 and 10 pm.
