Open Mosque Day
Every year on October 03, the Islamic religious communities in Germany organize the nationwide Open Mosque Day. more
The motto of the Muslimische Kulturwoche (Muslim Culture Week) 2025 was "Peace through Dialogue". The program included over 50 events, including exhibitions, workshops and guided tours of Berlin's mosques. Panel discussions and lectures on the topic of Muslim identity and reality in today's society also took place. Younger guests were also catered for: children's theater, fairy tale readings and musical performances suitable for children transported young visitors into fascinating worlds. Live performances, book presentations and concerts rounded off the program of the Muslim Culture Week. The motto for 2026 is not yet known.
