Festival of the Francophonie

On the occasion of the Canada-Québec-Haiti 2023 co-chairmanship of the Network of Francophone Embassies and Missions in Berlin, the Festival of the Francophonie will be held at the Canadian Embassy.

Francophone Culture at the Canadian Embassy
At the "Grande tablée," Canadian delicacies such as poutine and maple syrup are joined by Creole dishes. The festival program also includes screenings of francophone short films, music by DJ Babxi, and various games in German and French. At information booths, you can learn more about life and culture in Québec, Canada and Haiti.
Workshops and Fairy Tales for Kids
Young festival visitors can take part in age-appropriate workshops or listen to fairy tales in two languages. The kids' program will take place in the Timber Hall of the Embassy.
