For the fourth time this year, the historic apple festival will take place on the estate of Britz Palace.
With historical music, a fruit variety exhibition and roaming performing artists, the festival at Britz Palace celebrates Germany's most popular garden fruit - the apple. Culinary delights with and without apples await hungry visitors while action fans can compete in axe throwing, archery or juice pressing. Visitors can also bring their own apples and pears to have them identified by a pomologist on Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm.
Program for Children
Young visitors of the Apple Festival will not be bored: They can let off steam at the archery range, participate in fairy tale games or enjoy the performances of stilt walkers, clowns and jugglers. A giant trampoline and pony rides round off the festival's program for children.
