Happy Mondays

After many years away, Happy Mondays are finally returning to Berlin.


Few bands have left a mark on British music quite like Happy Mondays. Emerging from Manchester at the end of the 1980s, they became one of the defining names of the Madchester movement, tearing down the boundaries between indie rock, acid house, funk, psychedelia and rave culture. Their influence reached far beyond the UK, inspiring generations of musicians while turning songs like Step On, Kinky Afro, Loose Fit and Hallelujah into enduring dancefloor classics.


This special show is part of the band’s anniversary tour celebrating their landmark album Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches – the record that brought Happy Mondays to a global audience and became one of the defining releases of the era. The set will feature highlights from the album alongside fan favourites spanning the band’s career.
