Swedish modernism

In cooperation with Moderna Museet, Stockholm, the Brücke Museum is presenting a comprehensive exhibition on Swedish modernism for the first time in Germany.

Works by artists such as Sigrid Hjertén and Isaac Grünewald, as well as the groups De Unga, De åtta, and the Gothenburg Colorists, illustrate the close ties to Die Brücke and their shared pursuit of artistic renewal. Key works from the Moderna Museet collection are on display.

Highlight: This show is one of the top exhibitions in Berlin in 2026.
