BVG Muva is an inclusive on-demand ridehailing service from Berlin's public transport operator. It offers flexible rides and a lift substitute for passengers with disabilities.

The BVG Muva is local transport on demand and a transport service for people with limited mobility.

The BVG Muva is a local transport service for people with reduced mobility. The accessible minibus is operated by BVG. People with reduced mobility can use it when other forms of public transport are not an option, for example because a lift is missing or broken. The service can also be used if a long walk would be necessary or if a bus route is very busy. The Muva service area covers the entire AB fare zone.

Booking and costs

The Muva service can be booked by phone or app up to seven days in advance or spontaneously. It can be used by people with severe disabilities, senior citizens, people with walking frames, pushchairs or small children. A valid VBB ticket is sufficient to use the Muva.
