At the end of August, the Gärten der Welt (Gardens of the World) will be transformed into an arena for Scottish traditions. Families with children can put their skills to the test in tree trunk throwing, barrel rolling and suitcase carrying, among others. Those who want to take on a challenge can register for the competitions directly on site and compete for attractive prizes. Further entertainment is provided by live music, traditional dances and medieval show fights with the Berlin Knights' Guild. Visitors who come in typical Highland dress receive reduced admission.
