Berlin is changing dynamically. The role of urban development is to manage growth and change. Key questions discussed within the urban society include how Berlin wants to deal with this dynamic, and how the changes can generate positive effects.
The Stadtforum (urban forum) is the central instrument for debating topics that affect Berlin’s future spatial urban development.
The series of events promotes a public exchange regarding urban topics and challenges. Its aim is to support the development of the capital in a dialogue with its citizens and with experts from research, business and politics.
Over the next few years, the Stadtforum will focus on the visible and invisible infrastructure that allows the city to function. The group discusses tasks, challenges and future-driven solutions for spatial urban development – both above ground and below it.
