How can Europe deliver? Democracy, Defence and Competitiveness under Pressure

The conference brings together researchers, think tankers, high-level policymakers, and the interested public, offering a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary exchange. A high-ranking representative of the Federal Foreign Office will open our discussions with a keynote speech. In four thematically focused panels, renowned German and international policymakers and experts will then debate which steps Europe must now take to move from goal setting to implementation:
