Laura is angry - really angry. She's supposed to have left the cellar door open? But she didn't do that. But instead of defending her, mom believes the janitor Käsefuß. Laura is convinced: enough is enough! She is six years old and it's time to discover the world. With her bike Pardy, great curiosity and a good dose of courage, Laura sets off. Her first destination? Her own apartment building. Because maybe happiness lives right next door. In her neighbors' apartments, she encounters quirky birds, new family models and rather unusual life stories. While her mom sets off in search of her, Laura wonders what a real family should actually look like. And what if you simply put together the family of your dreams yourself?

Our successful production “Laura war hier” returns to GRIPS in a new production! A turbulent journey through a Berlin apartment building full of music, humor and everyday magic that cleverly sheds light on togetherness. For all those who want to experience the family adventure anew.
