»KOHLEGEISTER« is a performative theater project that explores coal as a condensed space of history — its embedded ghosts and the entanglements of global energy systems. Situated between ritual, biographical and documentary object theater, the work investigates how material, memory, and spirituality intertwine. The stage becomes a site of resonance for suppressed histories and for new modes of listening.
