20 Years of the Documentation Center for Nazi Forced Labor

For 20 years now, the Documentation Center for Nazi Forced Labor has been a place of remembrance, learning, and encounter. We cordially invite you to celebrate this anniversary with us. In addition to remarks from political and civic leaders and a panel discussion, the centerpiece of the ceremony will be the opening of our new special exhibition, “How Do We Remember? How Do You Remember?”

The program that follows is dedicated to fostering connections. We will open our new visitor area as well as the storage facilities for brief presentations of special exhibits and offer themed guided tours. A special highlight is the historical-biographical dance theater performance by Ute Delimat, which explores the forced labor experienced by her mother and grandmother.
