On August 30, Germany's best and stars from all over the world will come to Berlin's Olympic Stadium for ISTAF 2026.

200 of the world’s best track and field athletes in 16 disciplinesThe Berlin International Stadium Festival is one of the world’s largest one-day track and field meets. Every year, over 50,000 spectators cheer on the approximately 200 world-class track and field athletes competing in the 16 official disciplines at the Olympic Stadium. Among those competing in 2026 will be Yemisi Mabry, Malaika Mihambo, Gina Lückenkemper, and Julian Weber.

The International Stadium Festival Berlin is Germany’s most traditional track and field meet. It was first held as a stadium festival on July 3, 1921, at the Grunewald Stadium in front of 20,000 spectators. The organizers at the time were the Berlin sports clubs BSC, SCC, and the Poseidon Swimming Club. Following the Berlin Olympics, the illustrious history of the ISTAF began on August 1, 1937, during which 15 world records have been set over the course of more than 90 years.

More than 150 top athletes will be competing in high-class disciplines at the athletics spectacle. Scheduled are: 100 m, 100/110 m hurdles, 100 m para, 400 m hurdles, 800 m, 1,500 m, 2,000 m steeplechase, javelin throw, shot put, para shot put, long jump, triple jump and pole vault.
