Sinatra Dinner - Hotel Palace Berlin

The greatest Sinatra hits – from romantic ballads to swinging elegance – performed by renowned Berlin jazz musicians. From "Fly Me to the Moon" to "My Way" and "New York, New York". An elevated three-course menu designed to perfectly complement the musical experience. The evening begins with a welcome drink, and each course is served during the performance intermissions.

Signature dinner:
Soup
Green pea cream, carrot reduction, almond espuma, and afila cress

Main course
Beef Bourguignon from the shoulder, Burgundy jus, bacon, mushrooms, spring onions, celery purée, and grilled carrots

Dessert
Chocolate tart, white chocolate cream, chocolate soil, glazed cherries, and honey cress

The evening is divided into three concert blocks of approximately 30 minutes each.
