Traditionally an evening full of musical surprises, it is quite possible that he will invite one or two prominent guests or musical companions onto the big festival stage, not only as a virtuoso pianist but also as a charismatic entertainer.

From classical music to jazz to modern sounds, the evening promises an exciting interplay of styles and a dreamlike summer evening in a breathtaking setting.

Joja Wendt, the first artist to sell out three concerts in one day at the Elbphilharmonie, is known for his rousing stage presence and sparkling charm. Together with his guests, Joja Wendt will make “Saturday Night – Joja Wendt & Friends” a unique experience.

He plays the piano and is taking the world by storm. The international press raves: “There is probably no other German artist who is able to entertain his audience at this virtuoso and humorous level.”
