More than any other ensemble in recent years, the Trio con Brio Copenhagen has championed new ideas and developments in the piano trio genre. Each season, the three musicians have presented a world premiere, including no fewer than three at the Pierre Boulez Saal since 2024. For their latest program, they have invited German-Danish composer Søren Nils Eichberg to write a new work, which they will perform alongside piano trios by Johannes Brahms and Bohuslav Martinů.
