Fitzcarraldo x DAAD

London-based press Fitzcarraldo Editions and the DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program present a day dedicated to contemporary literature to celebrate the beginning of DAAD Artists’ residency at Grüner Salon.The two institutions share a constellation of writers and artists—from Nobel laureates Svetlana Alexievich and Olga Tokarczuk to artists and authors such as Ed Atkins and Vanessa Onwuemezi, as well as longstanding friends and collaborators including Kirsty Bell, Katy Derbyshire, Vincenzo Latronico, Saskia Vogel, and many others.The event brings these affinities into focus for an afternoon and evening in the Grüner Salon. The programme gathers for a collective reading around a long table, continuing in the late evening with a concert after the premiere in the main stage has ended.
