Dr. Mark Benecke ist international gefragter Fachmann in der forensischen Entomologie, wie sein Fachgebiet innerhalb der Kriminalbiologie heißt – also der Insektenkunde, die bei der Aufklärung von Todesfällen und Verbrechen mitunter eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Mehr noch: Er bringt diesen Bereich der Ermittlungen erst so richtig ins Licht der Öffentlichkeit.
