Family Sunday

Im Rahmen der Feierlichkeiten zum 25. Jubiläum des Jüdischen Museums Berlin finden zahlreiche Führungen und Workshops für Familien, Kinder und Jugendliche von 6 bis 16 Jahren statt.

On seven Family Sundays, the Jewish Museum Berlin invites families with children aged six to sixteen to join shared discovery tours. From June to December, the museum offers free workshops, guided tours, and other creative activities on one Sunday each month – inviting participants to listen, explore, and take part. Topics range from food and Jewish holidays to architecture and art, as well as history, literature, music, and everyday culture.

10 am–5 pm: Rainbow Questions – A Noah’s Ark Bicycle for Everyone (in German)

10 am–5 pm (six sessions): Ark Building – Workshop for all ages (in German)

10 am–6 pm: Book Table – Koscher & Co.

11 am–12 pm: Between the Lines – Architecture Tour for Teens and Adults (in German)

11 am–2 pm: Word. The Meaning of Words in Judaism – Workshop for Children Ages 7 and Up and Families (in German)

12–1 pm: About Bread – A Family Tour (in German)

1–2.30 pm: Human Rights – On Their Origins. A Tour for Teens and Adults

2–5 pm: Doing and Not Doing in Judaism – Workshop for Children Ages 7 and Up and Families (in German)

3–4 pm and 4–5 pm: About Bread – A Family Tour
