Downward facing dog, lotus position or cobra - under the guidance of the Mahalaya Yoga Studio, once a month you have the opportunity to practise relaxed yoga under the starry sky and harmonise your body, mind and universe. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the big city behind you!The unique atmosphere of the planetarium hall, where participants take a seat on the open space between the stage and the star projector, transforms every yoga session into an extraordinary experience, even if the planetarium seating remains in place.Travel from your head to your heart and discover your inner cosmos. Explore the different qualities of yin and yang yoga to harmonise body and mind. For 60 minutes, let reality dwell in the stars and return to earth refreshed at the end.Please bring your own mats or blankets and note that there are no changing rooms on site.
