Workshop series on paper design techniques: Layer by layer

In this workshop, layered, overlapping, and carefully folded paper surfaces come together to create compositions with spatial depth. Different types of paper, varying transparencies, elevations, and textures give rise to relief like structures that exist between flat surface and object. The focus is on experimental work with paper as an independent material and on exploring the interaction of light, shadow, and structure.
