There are many ways to read what is happening and to make sense of the past — but how does one tell the future?
KW's Tarot Card Readings invites participants to take part in a group altar-making activity – a practice commonly used in tarot card readings to create a gateway that holds intentions, ancestors, and spiritual guides, through which messages and guidance can be channeled. After building the altar, participants will be offered short, one-on-one tarot readings.
Following the readings, participants will be invited to visit the ongoing exhibitions into Susan Hiller – Bad Dreams, KOO JEONG A – OUSSSEAN, and Rafik Greiss – The City and the City. Drawing on an enduring fascination with the possibility of translating phenomena that resist easy explanation, each exhibition in KW's Fall program 2026 reflects, in its own way, on transformation, memory, and the shifting states of images and objects. Together, the exhibitions ask how much we allow our senses to inform our reading or perception of a thing, a place, or a moment.
Visitors are invited and encouraged to bring small items that symbolise their intentions, wishes, memories, and the spirits of their beloved deceased, their ancestors, or their spirit team.
