Culture from home! During the telephone tour, participants are guided live through the permanent exhibition of the Wassersportmuseum Grünau. A cultural mediator describes the visual content and answers questions. All you need to take part is a telephone.

Women fought for participation in all areas of society - including rowing, sailing and paddling. We can now look back on over 100 years of female water sports. In the telephone tour, the participants look at the role of women in water sports. What were the beginnings like? What resistance did women encounter and what freedoms did they fight for? And how did these emancipatory efforts shape the history of water sports? The focus is always on the present: how emancipated is water sports today?
