Hear and Feel a Historic Landmark: This guided tour introduces blind and visually impaired people to Berlin’s oldest surviving church building and its history.
What does a church interior sound like? And how does its history feel? St. Nicholas Church offers a unique experience of space and sound. As you walk through the nave, you’ll hear sound samples and explore selected objects and architectural elements with your hands. They tell the story of the place and bring it to life.
Detailed descriptions, architectural models, and tactile objects help you get to know the church better. The needs of blind and visually impaired people are our top priority.
